Exanthia is a village that is located in the northwest part of the island of Lefkada, at an altitude of 630m (2066 foot). Its location, the fresh air and the view to the Ionian ocean make our apartments the ideal destination for vacation full of relaxation and rest. Lefkada’s most famous beach with the light blue colors of the water, Kathisma, as well as Aghios Nikitas, the well-known picturesque village with the traditional Greek taverns, are both situated in a 10’ distance from Exanthia villas. Moreover, in 10’ you can visit Karya, one of the biggest villages of the island and enjoy the beautiful and full of sycamores village green and the shops with the elaborate needleworks. In a 20’ distance you can visit the Egremnoi and Porto Katsiki beaches, which being exotic and awesome, look like they are part of a fairytale. An unforgettable, full of green, waterfront street leads to the city of Lefkada, which is the capital of the island, where you can find more beaches, markets for shopping, taverns and places for night entertainment. Exanthia villas have a unique location; you can admire the sun “diving” to the light blue water of the Ionian sea, observe the boats that are travelling to their way to Italy or maybe mark the parachutes that fly to Kathisma beach, having as a point of departure the specialized-shaped stage of take-off that is in our village (in a 200m distance from our apartments)
